Keyma Aji was born and raised in a small village in Central Java, Indonesia. She grew up surrounded by lush green rice fields and towering volcanoes. Her family has a long history of practicing traditional Javanese culture, including the art of courtship and etiquette. Keyma was taught from a young age how to properly greet others, show respect, and engage in polite conversation.
